  • I, hereby release the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League from any and all responsibility and liability of any nature whatsoever in connection with any and all activities which I may participate in on behalf of or in any way associated with the League, and any and all injuries of any nature whatsoever which may arise out of, result from, or be associated with said activities. I also understand that when I am working directly with animals there is an inherent risk of bites, scratches, and exposure to zoonotic diseases.

    I understand that all records, information, cruelty cases, and ongoing investigations are to be kept strictly confidential. I further understand that records, information pertaining to clients, donors, staff, and other volunteers is confidential in nature. Furthermore, I will comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of the League, and understand that my failure to do so will result in my termination as a volunteer. I hereby, execute this release freely and voluntarily knowing the same is a legal document and recognizing that I had the opportunity to seek legal counsel pertaining to this document.

    I hereby grant Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and its representatives the right to take, use, and publish photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during volunteer activities for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes. I understand these images may appear in print, online, or in other media formats. I release Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League from any claims for compensation, damages, or ownership related to these images.
