  • Tricks-n-Treats will take place on Saturday, October 12 at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League at three session times: 10 am, 11:30 am, and 1 pm.

  • By submitting this form you are confirming you have read and agree to the Humane Education program's terms and conditions:In consideration for being permitted to participate in The Peggy Adams Humane Education Program classes/workshops, I hereby for myself and family members accompanying me, and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive and forever release any and all claims against Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and its members, officers, personnel, contractors, and volunteers; and the successors, representatives, and assigns of the aforementioned entities and individuals, for any injury I or any minor child of mine, accompanying me, may suffer in connection with this program. I represent that I have full knowledge of all of the risks involved in participating in the class or workshop, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, economic injury, and injury to property, and that I am sufficiently healthy and physically fit to participate in this event. Further, I consent to the use by Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of photographs, pictures, slides, sound recordings, movies or videos of me, and any minor child of mine in attendance and the use of quotations and audio by me for educational and promotional purposes. I further agree that no payment or compensation of any kind shall be due from or paid by Peggy Adams on account of such use of photographs, pictures, slides, sound recordings, movies or videos and use of quotations and audio.
