  • PLEASE NOTE: If you are surrendering more than one cat to Peggy Adams, you will need to fill out a form for each pet. However, you will only need to schedule one appointment to surrender all of your pets. Once you schedule an appointment for the first pet, the second pet will be added to the original time by Admissions staff. Do not schedule a new appointment for each pet.

    Many pet owners face challenging situations and feel that turning their pet into a shelter is their only option. Depending on your situation, there may be resources available to you that would allow you to keep your pet, or rehome them yourself! Please visit Adopt-A-Pet.com to rehome your pet yourself.     1. We will refund the complete amount of your adoption fee to the original form of payment.

    OR

    2. We will be happy to give you an Adoption Exchange Voucher which you can use to adopt a different pet of any kind from Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League within the next year.
